Jennifer Baker

Jennifer is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Board Certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She began her career as a licensed practical nurse and later received her Associate of Art, Associate of Science in Nursing, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Petersburg College located in Florida. She attended Walden University and earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specific focus in psychiatric-mental health.

She has worked in a variety of settings as a nurse from medical-surgical, neurology, telemetry-cardiology, CCU, and ICU with her most recent experience as a Triage Nurse providing generalized and behavioral care to patients of all ages. She is a great listener and empathetic to your concerns. Her goal is to help you no matter where you are in your journey to work toward specific goals and help you live the life you want.
