Ginger Hacker

Ginger Hacker, PMHNP- BC, is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion in treating geriatric, adult, and adolescent patients struggling with their mental health and/or substance use disorders. Ginger obtained her BSN from Miami University and worked as a registered nurse for over 10 years in acute, long-term and psychiatric mental health care. During her experience as a registered nurse, Ginger developed a passion for psychiatry after seeing the substantial need for mental health care in the community. Ginger went on to pursue her Master's degree from Walden University in order to assist in narrowing the ever-growing gap in mental health care. 

Ginger is compassionate, empathetic, and focuses on making a collaborative plan of care with her patients instead of for her patients.
